Return & Refund Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the highly volatile nature of the Pokémon trading card market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, market price fluctuations, or grading outcomes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item entirely, contact us at retroswapshop@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt. Provide clear photos of the item, all packaging, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, at our sole discretion, work to make it right — which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
No Other Returns or Exchanges
Except for the verified damaged/defective/incorrect issue described above, every product is final sale. This includes all graded cards, single cards, and sealed products. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Minor imperfections in sealed product packaging (shelf wear, etc.)
The result of any third-party grading
Market value changes after purchase
All items are sold as-is, with condition described and photographed in the listing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers Only)
Notwithstanding our final sale policy, if the merchandise is being shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU consumer law. To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened (if originally sealed), unworn or unused, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and proof of purchase. Contact us at retroswapshop@gmail.com within those 14 days to initiate the return. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will provide the return address and instructions once your cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (whether from a verified damage/defect claim or an EU cancellation), we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at retroswapshop@gmail.com.
